I'm Latosha Harris, Tosha for short. Mary Louise is my grandmother, and the business carries her name because she's the one who taught me. Everything is made from scratch, by me, in my home kitchen in Denham Springs. You order, and I bake it for you, not ahead of time.

How do I order?
Order right here on the site, or text me at (225) 480-5010. Instagram messages work too. I text you back to confirm before anything is charged.
How much notice do you need?
24 hours for every order. For holidays and big orders, order early: I bake everything myself, so I only take so many each day.
Is everything made from scratch?
Yes. Everything is made from scratch, the way my grandmother taught me.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. Once I confirm your order, a 50% deposit holds your date. The rest is due at pickup or delivery. Deposits are non-refundable.
How do I pay?
Zelle, Apple Pay to (225) 480-5010, PayPal or Cash App. Cash App adds a $2.50 fee.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is $25 around Denham Springs, Walker and Baton Rouge. I also deliver to Gonzales, Prairieville and Hammond on orders over $60. Or pick up in Denham Springs: I'll text you the pickup spot once your order is confirmed.
Do you ship?
No. Everything is fresh, so it's local pickup or delivery only.
What are your hours?
I take orders Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm and Saturday 7am to 2pm. Closed Sunday.
How should I store my cake?
Seal the container back tight and refrigerate. Take it out 30 minutes before eating so it's room temperature, which is good for the glaze.
Can I freeze it?
Yes. Freeze it in a sealed, tight zip-lock bag and take it out an hour before eating. Fresher than ever.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Call me within 24 hours and I'll take care of it. Deposits are non-refundable.
What if something isn't right?
Contact me as soon as possible and I'll remake it.
Do you make decorated birthday or wedding cakes?
No, I stick to what I do best: the pound cakes, pies, brownies and desserts on my menu.
